Decision authority
Who may approve, pause, change, or retire the initiative.
AI initiative governance
ESG helps leaders establish practical decision structure, accountability, operating guardrails, and human oversight around consequential AI and technology work. Engagements are led by a principal holding active PMP® and PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI)™ certifications.
Credentialed leadership
ESG combines active PMP® certification with PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI-CPMAI)™ certification. Chad earned PMI-CPMAI™ after his 2025 NERC engagement and applied its lifecycle discipline while designing, testing, and building Everett Motion Systems. That baseline supports governance across business alignment, data readiness, development and testing, operationalization, ethics, accountability, and continuous improvement.
ESG leads assessment, readiness, operating design, and governance. Specialized model engineering, cybersecurity, legal, and regulatory work is separately qualified and scoped when required.
What ESG evaluates
Who may approve, pause, change, or retire the initiative.
Who owns outcomes, controls, exceptions, and unresolved risk.
What the system may do, what it may not do, and where escalation is required.
Where judgment remains necessary and how intervention is recorded.
Engagement outputs
ESG produces an Initiative Governance Assessment, Target Initiative Governance Model, Governance Activation Plan, and Executive Handoff. The work is bounded and separately scoped to the initiative.
