Chad Everett Shaw

Chad Everett Shaw brings extensive experience in financial operations, enterprise technology, and implementation leadership. Beginning in banking operations at First American National Bank, his career progressed through more than 16 years at Fiserv, spanning financial exception resolution, product analysis, client-system conversions, Professional Services, and senior implementation project management. This foundation informs his perspective on both financial institution operations and the technology providers that support them.

Across more than 200 technology implementations, Chad has worked with financial institutions, integration partners, and internal product teams on RXP BillPay, SecureNow security and authentication solutions, digital banking initiatives, client conversions, and complex enterprise delivery. His work includes requirements, vendor coordination, testing, governance, executive readiness, go-live planning, operational transition, process standardization, and mentoring implementation professionals.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Finance and Program Management, along with a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. His credentials include PMP®, PMI-CPMAI™, and Fiserv's Challenger and Master implementation certifications. Through a 2025 engagement with ExecuSource supporting the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), he led enterprise initiatives involving Windows 11 modernization, enterprise content management, and an AI standards summarization pilot.

He founded Everett Strategy Group to bring independent implementation judgment and practical execution governance to organizations making consequential technology decisions. ESG offers founder-led, scope-defined assessments that clarify ownership, identify dependencies and execution risks, and deliver actionable findings and recommendations for executive sponsors.
